QARE is built around a small group of people who own their cases end to end. There is no layered approval chain, no bureaucracy between you and the problem. The flip side is full accountability and the expectation of senior judgment in front of the customer.

You will own customer relationships, present in front of senior OEM leadership and build a portfolio that's hard to develop inside a single supplier or OEM.
We are not always actively hiring, but we are always interested in talking to strong candidates for the profiles below. A good conversation now usually pays off the next time we open a role.
What you'd do: represent one of our clients at the customer's plant on a permanent basis. Attend the customer's quality meetings, support D1–D3 containment when something is flagged, coordinate local actions and report back to the supplier.
What we look for: 5+ years in automotive quality (Tier 1, Tier 2 or OEM), fluency with 8D format, problem-solving methodology and customer-facing communication. Spanish + English required, Portuguese is a plus. Comfortable on the shop floor.
What you'd do: support multiple accounts from our base — local lab investigations, jigs and fixtures, launch and sub-tier follow-ups, customer-side coordination.
What we look for: manufacturing or product engineering background, hands-on with tooling, jigs and process validation. Strong communication, ability to keep multiple cases in motion at once.
What you'd do: step in on complex cases — escalations, customer-facing escalations, recovery plans for damaged scorecards — and mentor the rest of the team.
What we look for: 15+ years in automotive quality or engineering, ideally a mix of OEM and Tier 1 experience. Track record of representing a supplier in front of OEM senior management. Spanish + English required.
What you'd do: own scheduling, customer-facing administration, invoicing coordination and the QMS that keeps QARE running. Make sure the engineers can stay engineers.
What we look for: experience in B2B services administration, ideally within an industrial setting. Detail-oriented, comfortable with multiple time zones and clients.
