Our story
QARE exists to close a real local gap.
For years, automotive suppliers selling into the Argentine market — international and domestic — have struggled to maintain a fluid technical interface with the customer without keeping permanent staff in country. The technical conversation in the day-to-day of the customer's plant moves fast, and managing it from headquarters or from another time zone creates friction that ends up showing in scorecards, audits and launch curves.
QARE was created to be that local interface: an on-site team, embedded for the long term, that learns the supplier's product and represents them at the customer's plant. We are not here to replace the supplier's own quality and engineering organization — we extend it locally so the supplier can be present in the customer's day-to-day without putting people on planes.

Engineering support, not a substitute
We are an on-site representation and engineering-support team. We help with local containment, technical evidence, investigations and 8D development — working alongside the supplier's organization, which keeps formal ownership of the process and the corrective actions.
Work alongside peers
The local ecosystem already has solid rework and sorting providers. We coordinate with them when needed and stay focused on the parts of the work where we are most useful.
Speak the customer's language
Technically and culturally. The way a customer SQE expects a problem to be presented might be different from how a supplier overseas would document it. We bridge that translation every day.
Confidentiality, by default
We operate under NDAs and strict information-handling protocols. What we see at one customer or supplier stays inside that engagement.
Transparency with our clients
Clear scopes of work, predictable invoicing, structured reporting. Our clients always know where their money goes and what they are getting in return.
Where we come from
A team with hands-on automotive experience.
QARE was founded by professionals with first-hand experience inside an automotive OEM in Argentina, with backgrounds in engineering, quality and supplier support. That experience shapes how the company operates today:
- Practical understanding of how an OEM quality organization works in the day-to-day
- Familiarity with the launch process and the rhythm of a supplier audit
- Working knowledge of the standards and reporting cadence customers expect
- A pragmatic view of what suppliers need locally to keep the relationship healthy
